I don't think I've ever seen time travel as a means to access otherwise inaccessible areas, really great idea.  On my first playthrough I ran into some glitch when fiddling with the combat menu I believe, not a big deal though since there is no combat in the game currently. Second playthrough I was able to beat the game. Progressing through the game felt really rewarding, especially figuring out what to do with the colored viles. An idea that I had, what if the time travel mechanic could also somehow be used to aid in combat as well? Like for example if an enemy is overpowered, you can go to the past, do something to the location where the enemy spawns (maybe plant a trap), then go back to the future and the enemy will be at a disadvantage, could work I think. And the art and music complement the gameplay nicely too. Its one of those rpg's that you can be super original with, really good work!

The combat menu was entirely my bad. For some reason, my mind kept deleting assets unneeded for the game, leading it to become a semi-buggy mess in some parts. I had something similar for a puzzle, but I didn't implement it in the end. While I didn't plan for any combat for this game, if I ever expand upon this concept further and put battle mechanics in it, I'll definitely take your suggestion!
