Did you type in lowercase? (uppercase should work really but I saw someone else saying it didn't)

Also what operating system are you on? What did you call the file? What did you write in the file?

Windows 11

also i love ur vids <3

Thanks man! Sorry for the slow reply.

That's so weird! I just double checked and that SHOULD work. I guess it's maybe a quirk of Windows 11. I'll have a think. Maybe send you a special exe to test. Will update :)

Unfortunately I think the problem is on Windows 10 too. Im also stuck.

I'm just wondering if there's any chance that you've downloaded the game more than once? And are maybe creating the files in a different location to the exe?

Same question to you daometh. Also could you try running the file as administrator and see if that helps?

I have an idea,

what if you make it were you change a text file instead of making a new one?

try delet .txt from file name

Platformsettings.txt

         platformdata.moving = true

Bugsettings.txt

          moving = true

⬆ These are the correct ones ⬆

It looks as thought you are creating the file in the "ThatGame_Data" folder rather than the base "ThatGameWindows" folder. That is probably your problem.
