this game is actually really good, but wheres the limitation? This game doesnt feel like it was made for this game jam, it feels like it was worked on for WAY longer tahn 3 days, which would explain why the limitation is missing
game jams arent there to win, they exist to pose a fun challange and upgrade your skills
I thought the limitation was optional, I should have read the directions thoroughly.
I don’t intend on implementing any jam limitations to my gameplay for future game jams. I’ll probably just slip it in as a part of the narrative next time. It’s what I’m comfortable with at the moment, as PICO-8 is already a very limiting game engine.
