I did. Do I do it on the same save file or start a new one? I tried a new one after asami's route and it didn't do anything, and after asami's route I can't sleep with Yasuka.
Try having sex with Asami at night and sleep with Yasuka the next night, the dialogue will appear, followed by start of the v0.5 Content.

I found him, but I didn’t need that for stepping forward. You should just sleep more with Yasuka.
