Interesting take on this. Unfortunately I kept dying cause I wasn't keeping an eye on the timer... Maybe have that ui closer to the player sprite?
Yup, the UI overhaul is coming up after the jam to correct made mistakes in it.the last 2 seconds there is increasing an alarm telling that the time is almost up.At that time up your enemy destruction to get more life time.
