This idea has potential! But I personally had a difficult time figuring it out, and once I did I didn't find it especially engaging.  I like the music and the art quite a bit. I like the mix of fan art and refrences to pets or friends - especially the photo of the cat. Its a very cute cat. But there's only one tell, and one thing to pay attention to, which makes it too repetative for me. Facial cues or different ways of cheating with the dice could add a bit of depth.

The main thing I noticed with this game was scale issues regarding the artwork and UI. The start menu + high score thing on the title page are too small, and should maybe be moved to the left to eliminate the dead space underneath the title. I thought at the beginning that the dice rolls vs the added points wouldn't add up and that would be how to catch the cheater - but it's about weighted dice. I couldn't read the hint on the title screen since it was so small, so I didn't figure that out until i reread the blurb about how your game fits the theme.

"The innocent / guilty" text that shows up is also too small in my opinion. You could keep it a similar size and put it over the specific person being accused if you wanted to keep it that way (originally i thought this was the case, and was confused as to why I always ended up acusing the middle character) I also think the sprites themselves could be bigger, and the table they're playing on smaller. Since figuring out which character is lying / cheating is the focus, i think they should be bigger on the screen, even if the characters themselves are just static sprites. (and they're cute so why not make them easier to see?) Like I said before having facial / body language tells could also be cool - but time is limited.

The music, art and concept are charming! keep working on game making - you all can only get better :D
