Uh, no, actually, as explained in many topics, people buy a project. So once they paid for your assets, they have access to any files you upload to the page, in perpetuity. And you don't need to delete the file first, you can simply overwrite it. If there's no more room, you can ask support for a quota increase. Hope this helps.

Just one question: how do I actually overwrite the file? Because I don't see any button for that, there's only "delete file", "change display name", and "move up in queue" when I go to edit it on the game page. I feel like I'm missing something obvious here.

Oh and, I've contacted Support to increase our storage capacity from 1GB, but they've not responded and it's been almost 2 days now... Should I resend the request, or is it normal for them to take this long? I don't want to spam their inbox if it's not necessary.

...Two days is a very short time, even for high-priority issues. Please allow more like a week.
