Hello everyone, my team has a game uploaded here on Itch, and we also sell an optional asset pack with stuff like colored images and production sketches that buyers can pick up during checkout for some extra cash.
We'd now like to update this asset pack because we've produced more content for it since it was first uploaded (it went from ~700MB to almost double that), but there's no "update" option when trying to edit it, only "delete" and "change display name". And Butler seems waaaay too complex for what we need - the asset pack is just a .rar archive full of .png images, it's not a complicated executable like a game that has a million small changes and internal data structures that require tech wizardry like Butler to successfully update it.
I'd just delete the old file and upload the new one, but I'm afraid that will force the people who've already bought it to re-buy it again (since ownership probably wouldn't transfer between different entries on the game page), and that's not what we want. Is there some way to just swap out the old .rar archive for the new one without having to mess around with Butler? The file type is tagged as 'Graphical asset' under Itch's classification system, if that helps.
Thank you in advance for any help you can offer!
