This may be the first game I've played in the jam that surprised and delighted me with a very different kind of game mechanic. And it works well, so congratulations, good job, well done!

I had a couple of issues controlling it. On my macbook using chrome, a tiny accidental brush of the trackpad with a second finger zooms the game out to the maximum, which results in the game becoming a tiny square in the middle of the screen. Then I couldn't find a way to zoom back in (pinching-out or two-finger scrolling didn't work). Is there a way to zoom in that I missed?

I'm afraid what you describe is a very real bug.
I will address that as soon as the jam is over :)

I didn't create a MacOS native version since I could not test it.
Let me know if you help out with that.
Native desktop version doesn't suffer this issue.

Last but not least thank you for your kind words :)
It means a lot to know that there are people
who enjoy this kind of experimental games.

I'll be happy to check a mac build for you

Added an OSX build in the game page.
Thank you very much for volunteering to check it out :)
(Of course there is no hurry and nothing would happen if you can't)

Unfortunately, there are a couple of issues with the mac build. The speed of movement is around 1/3 the speed of the web version which makes it hard to catch the music and zooming doesn't seem to have any effect. I don't think the lack of zooming is a dealbreaker but the speed thing probably is.

Thanks Akzidenz :)
That's the kind of issues I was afraid of.
I like testing every platform before making it available because you never know :S
I'll leave the build available to download and document the problems in the description.

I totally get it. Troubleshooting on a platform you don't have can be a nightmare.
