Good idea, but a little bad execution.

First of all your game is not bad, it is amazing. But there is some critical game breaking issues. First one is as a player we need to know how many seconds left before a Gonzo dies. Maybe you can add little timer on each one. Another thing is sometimes Gonzos eat Popies out of screen border. I think you forgot to add invisible box to camera border. But it rarely happens, so it's not a big problem. Last but not least, Gonzos are so offensive. I mean whenever a Gonzo eats a Pupi, he can continue on his own way without a delay. And this is where the main problem begins. You can't make great scores while Gonzos can eat every Pupies so quick. Whenever there is a hole, i always lose.  If you want to make after-jam version, try to add eating animation or little delay for continuing his movement

Overall idea is promising, if you can work a little bit on it, it can be really great mobile game. Good job!

Thank you so much for the honest feedback! I totally agree about the execution being a bit poor, but I really didn’t have time to polish or balance anything ^-^’

I’ll surely consider adding some animations for both creatures eating as well as a satiety time for Gonzos so that they won’t decimate your Popies so quickly: they really are unstoppable when they get to your group! To help with that I think I’ll make the Popies split up more evenly, ’cause right now they often so close that once one gets eaten, the whole pack surely follows.

To address your last concern, I don’t know why Popies and Gonzos seem to sometimes go outside the screen borders, it definitely has to do with resolution and my bad build settings: thanks for letting me know, I’ll definitely look into it. :)

I love your constructive criticism, it has sparked so many ideas in my head for future features and fixes! Again, thank you so so much! <3

I'm glad I was able to help. I am looking forward for after-jam version. Good luck!
