Off the start not a huge fan of having to install the game.
Player moves really really slow and I couldn't get my attacks to work. There wasn't quite enough information available in what to do.
Also no audio :( sadness.
I'll admit I read through the first dialogue maybe to quickly, so if something was in there, I missed it. The icon's were interesting, but I wasn't able to gather what they did and I died before I could explore more.
This could use some more love, but nevertheless you did make it in a month and that's a success in and of itself.
