So, actually this game HAD a health bar, as well as a XP bar. But about halfway through development I thought that having only the temperature bar, and having it act as the health too, could be more interesting in the end. Since this was a jam game, might as well test weird stuff, right? 😅
Let's see if I end up adding a tutorial, I think it would a lot to make things clearer. Once again, thanks for the feedback!
