It took me a while to find the tab key for the inventory, but once I did I was quite impressed by the sophistication of the combat! I can't seem to survive very long, though xD I kind of wish the combat handled itself, since there's only one button to press (unless there's plants with different attacks that I just never got to). Another thing is the animation of the witch brewing, after grabbing a few things from her I wish I could skip past it.
But on top of the combat, I liked the visuals, the farmer's animation is cute. The music is a jam, too. Great work!

Thanks, glad you liked the art! I honestly didn't even think of just having the combat automated could be a good idea and maybe I could still add the special moves I had planned but just make it on a cooldown. Yeah, the game has a lot of forced waits that I plan to allow to be skipped or just shortened.
