Like Jacoder mentioned, I think this is a strong contender for winning Concept because of how it cleverly plays with the concept of a forcefully linear storyline. In a well-executed twist of irony, following a predetermined fate perfectly is what lets you escape said fate and write your own future. This also ties in well with Patchouli's narration, with how she mentions that both her studies and Remilia's powers are limited by the whims of... well, fate.
The aesthetics and the audio work together to create a chilling atmosphere that's at the same time not overwhelming. Great work!
