Quite honestly, I gave it a shot, and... I was deceived. I don't really understand the super positive reviews... The gameplay is so messy, nothing is explained and it made it very confusing, this game urgently needs tutorials. And all you gotta do to get money is putting eggs in the dirt and wait 2 minutes with a bit of water... 2/10 kinda gameplay at best. And don't get me started on the badly optimised stuff : The Depht of Fields makes everything close blurry (it's a mess in 1st person), and there's constant model clipping during mating. You can't un-grip once you've locked your grip, sometimes kobolds gets stuck in their position after mating, too, forcing you to drag their limbs hard enough to unstuck them.... The food system to me is a complete mystery, I have no idea how it works, if it even works, what it does, etc etc. In conclusion, this game's fun for half an hour, the time for you to get your deeds done *wink wink*, but, I can't even call such gameplay a game. At best it's a hyper and breed kink playground.
I mean I can definitely see there was efforts put into this game, the artistic direction is nice, the artworks great, and the physics aren't too bad. But this ain't it yet. This has to have a better proposition and better stability in the future to be remotely interesting aside from what is currently medium quality sex physics.
Yeah sorry, the game has some really rough onboarding. I was hoping that multiplayer would make up for it because I have no idea how to game design!
Don't enable depth of field, locking your grip can be undone by holding Q, or by tapping Q while looking at what you want to unlock, the food system is fairly complex as you need to mix the ingredients in buckets to get a visual effect (buy the scanner to help read what reagents are and what effect there is from mixing.)
Thanks for the feedback! I hope this helps.
Yeah, I gave it a few hours with a friend. We did have a better time in multiplayer and this was definitely a good addition. Though I still mean most of what I said, I think most of the gameplay problems would be incredibly eased with a comprehensive tutorial. Mostly thinking of a food tutorial as it is basically impossible to figure out without a guide. I hope the best of luck for this project though. And sorry if I sounded rude or pretentious on some points. I could think of other extensive comments and ideas, but I don't believe this is the proper place for such walls of texts.
