That music will be drilled into my head for hours. :o
Turns out the balloon/character can go outside of the screen, so I spent several minutes puzzled looking at a scrolling background and seeing stuff fall.
Interesting idea, however, very challenging when you end up keeping the balloon inside lol That would make for a good mobile game.
