Today I had the same person play 4 games against me (EU server), while he kept changing his name ( monkey, cat, etc...). He quitted all games made me waste time and he's not punishable. The other 2 games I had ( NY server) went a little longer, but they eventually quitted too. If you can't bother to learn the game, just don't play. This isn't a fighting game where you can mash random buttons and win. That said, this is a fun game, when you actually get to play, so until actions are taken against quitters I'm just gonna stop playing...

Try joining the Yomi Arena server. It has a built in matchmaking system with elo running on a custom client. Leaving a game early causes the game to count as a loss. Losing you Elo points. The players are also better there and way more willing to learn the game. You'll get your ass handed to you for a bit, but once you get a grasp on the above average level of play you'll be having fun, just like you'd hope you would in the official public lobbies.
