According to our records our team has refunded all the purchases you have requested refunds for. If there is still an outstanding purchase then I recommend sending a new ticket as there are currently no open tickets on your account.
Also, it appears that you are buying, downloading, then refunding purchases on assets. You’ve done this multiple times already so you’re likely going to get blocked form purchasing anymore to block theft of DRM free content.
