The image includes Link from Legend of Zelda and The tri-force so I'd say using it isn't wise if you plan to monetize.

The image is by Jeremy Fenske (as you can see by the watermark), who I assume is not the same person as alkakrab.
You can find the original on Jeremy Fenske's ArtStation account, and I can't see any indication that it is free to use. So I wouldn't recommend using it.
