The +100% dmg and +12 tiles to charge are not so bad, you can use it well in WB and Colosseum either for defense (against the all-rare decks fully charged before the first turn) or to slow down the charging of the boss in WB, or just boost your girls when there are level up for two different colors. In the tower it is not predictable enough for me.
In my opinion the current one, the level up to V is less interesting, but we will see how to use it. I'm sure I will love it in green for the WB fights.
Buy the way, I'm a little bit disappointed that the start with three gems charged ability just have copied around all the colors. Of course with the diversity of the previous abilities it isn't a big deal, the decks in different colors are still different, but if it happens with a few abilities, those differences disappear gradually.
