Really solid atmosphere; characters are good too. Found a couple typos you may want to fix which I've included in the images, but otherwise nice work for one month! I wasn't able to make it through due to what I believe is a glitch: the lever in the room where you're locked in with the treasure chest and monster didn't work.
So, keep in mind that I couldn't complete the game, but if you're hoping to develop this into a full game, you may want to make the combat either more dynamic (trading blows with enemies) or faster (less time to kill each enemy). I'm also not sure why fall damage was implemented, since it discourages exploration and doesn't take much distance to trigger it. (I nearly killed myself in the town multiple times)
That being said, I'm looking forward to seeing more of your work!
