Man I can't thank you enough for all this feedback. I've fixed most of what you've found (aside from aesthetic stuff which will require more time) and I have reuploaded it. The stuck was the worst screw up of them all since there are 2 more playable zones after that quest, you should be able to progress further now if you're still interested in playing (and I'm fairly sure the save won't break).
