I can't answer that until know what you would use the secondary camera for. If it's for a cutscene or special event that will happen sometime then that's fine but if the secondary camera is something than can be activated at will, effectively making it a 3rd person game, then that's not allowed.

NPC's and enemies also have to be on a grid but you can offset them within a grid cell. They must have movement locked to a grid.
