I came up with a 'true' ending to at least have one ending, but I've been meaning to rewrite it into something more positive light because getting fucked to death is too extreme...
I made the elf village, but it's unfinished. I was supposed to develop it to have a meaning to go there, but I never came up with anything, I just left it as it.
The key to the tower is an item drop from an Harpy which is an optional boss for the player to fight, you can encounter the harpy in the forest next to the Vampire Castle. For the harpy there is a 'timing' to to be able to meet her. You need to at least have finished the Blood God Cult quest, but before heading to the Underdark for a first visit.
