Collision on some walls is missing and I got it into my head to try and see how long I can walk into the darkness. It was a lot. I spend a lot of time walking back.
Regardless, the idea of looping and things slowly changing is a goodie, and in this game it was used good, I loved how the door changed in each point. The art style is also quite charming, love that minimal-kind of pixel graphics! And I got a laugh out of the paintings, great job. I think expanding on what you can interact with could be neat addition to bring some story building and maybe even more horror aspects. And I would have loved if you went even further with the looping, letting the story build up more, but of course the time constraint might have been limiting what you did so far, so that's understandable. I think with some bug fixing and adding some small things you could really easily get this game to be a really tense experience for a player, and that's why I hope you develop it further ^^ Good work for now, I had fun playing it!
Oh and adding: I might have soft-locked the game in the end, or broken it completely? I don't know if it was intended to be this way, but at the end I ran away from the spoiler(?) activating one text box in the begging of the room and thus the chaser just ran past me and nothing happened after that. Anyways, though I would mention that too lol
