i didn’t get the steam key with my purchase..

Hi, that's strange. Did you contact itch about it? I can see that there are still enough steam keys on reserve to be distributed with each purchase.

I've never claimed a key through Itch before. '^^

Did you do it right? I think you have to go somewhere to click to actually redeem your key.

i purchased a few games and most of them had a thing to click that said claim key but, this one and another didn’t have that for some reason. They were all specifically your games btw so i was confused

i went for it. Apparently this could be a safety thing cuz i went into the FAQs and it said it can be either you got a noti to restock or they can hold steam keys if they think it looks suspicious. I was purchasing 5 games from you, from two different cards i had laying around. And i didn’t save the card info either cuz i only had $5 total and after game 3 it stopped giving keys 😅

Okay. I can confirm that both of the VNs have more than enough keys on stock. :)
