Take a (big) mug
put 4 Oreos into the mug
pour 1 cup of milk into the mug
mash up the Oreos
add 1 tablespoon of flour to the mug
add 1 teaspoon of sugar to the mug
add 1 teaspoon of cocoa/chocolate powder to the mug
add a pinch of baking soda to the mug
stir up all ingredients
microwave for 60 seconds
