I'm sorry i asked again, but what transformations are there in the game and how to get them?

The transformations are Wolf, Cat, Dragon, Faun and Fox. Wolf, Cat and Dragon can be found pretty easily in the Forest, Ruins and Desert respectively. Faun and Fox both involve the fae village in the deepest part of the forest.

i have a question i each gameplay can you get only 2 of them so i want to know is there a timelimit you have to get a cure since the mouse in fae village says that curse becomes permanent after a whil

There's no time limit. Gameplay-wise it's always the second curse that becomes permanent.

And here*s another question, i tried to get fawn transformation, but it didn*t work out in any way, is there a way that can turn on this transformation?

If you go to where the fae village in the bottom right of the deepest part of the forest, there will be a guy blocking the path into the village. You have to keep talking to him until he tells you to go and drink from the pool to the south. If you go and interact with the pool it will trigger the TF.
