All files are in the game folder. Asset files are in the 'www' folder, but they are encrypted by the RPG maker build process. If you want to view them you will need to find some program to decrypt rpgmvp files.

You're not missing anything. The trick with the top right gem is to light it from above.

If you're still struggling after that, the exact solution has been posted in the TFGamesSite discussion thread here: https://tfgames.site/phpbb3/viewtopic.php?t=17432&start=50

That's strange. There's nothing special about that file. Do you have admin permissions for the folder where you extracted it? What happens if you extract it elsewhere?

Is there a way to speed up the curse? Also what does the secret do? (If there's more than one, I mean the one you get after the game ends from the timer reaching the end)

Sorry there is a rare issue with the movement plugin which causes this for some people. You can try deleting and reinstalling the game, but if that doesn't work I'm afraid you'll have to play it on a different PC.

Yes, I usually start with RPG Maker's built in character generator and then draw them out from there.

I have some ideas but haven't started on anything yet. I'm afraid you won't see anything new from me for a good long while.

There isn't, but pretty much everything has been documented here in the comments or in the thread over here: https://tfgames.site/phpbb3/viewtopic.php?t=17432

If you go to where the fae village in the bottom right of the deepest part of the forest, there will be a guy blocking the path into the village. You have to keep talking to him until he tells you to go and drink from the pool to the south. If you go and interact with the pool it will trigger the TF.

Download the file and extract it, then you should just be able to run Game.exe.

You need to place the ladder and then use the candle in your inventory while standing in front of it. The candle you're holding also needs to be lit. You can light it on one of the other torches.

Thanks, glad you like them!

It's in the room in the dungeon with all the text on the walls. Try checking the carvings beside the text.

It triggers upon buying a certain item from the merchant

For the waterfall puzzle: To reach the stone piece you need to first switch on the red lever, the green lever and the blue lever. Then you can reach the yellow lever on the top row. Switch on the yellow lever and then go back down and switch the green lever off again. Then go up to the top and ride the waterfall to the left of the yellow lever down to the lower level, and you can reach the stone piece.

To reach the key, you need to get the purple lever (metal shaft) from the prison first, then you can get to the broken lever base by switching on the blue lever. Use the metal shaft on the lever base to complete the purple lever, and then switch on the purple lever. Finally, make sure the blue lever is switched off and the red lever is switched on. Then you can ride the waterfall in the middle of the room down to reach the key.

For the theft, you need to talk to everyone in the town about the event the night of the theft (you don't need to talk to the mayor, the innkeeper or the blacksmith). Once you have talked to everyone, talk to Dalton again and tell him you have a suspect and it's Garidin. When he asks why, tell him he wasn't seen. After this you can ask Dalton to search Garidin's house.

There's no time limit. Gameplay-wise it's always the second curse that becomes permanent.

The transformations are Wolf, Cat, Dragon, Faun and Fox. Wolf, Cat and Dragon can be found pretty easily in the Forest, Ruins and Desert respectively. Faun and Fox both involve the fae village in the deepest part of the forest.

There are three outcomes to the theft, and the correct one is the hardest to get. The key is to figure out why Garidin has flowers in his house, so try see if anyone in the town knows about flowers.

Try looking to the south-west in the early part of the forest.

The cure only works once, so any transformation you get after that will be permanent. Once you cure a transformation you can't get that one again but you can still get others.

It's in the different-colored pile of ore at the bottom of the room to the right of the dungeon entrance.

There is no single guide but most of the answers can be found in the discussion thread here: https://tfgames.site/phpbb3/viewtopic.php?t=11151

The other thing you have to do to open the door involves the unlit torches on either side. You will need a way to reach them and a way to light them.

Maybe. I have some ideas but won't have time to implement them anytime soon.

It is intentional. You only need 3 heirlooms to finish the game, but the ending is different if you have all 4.

Sounds like you've missed a key which is hidden in the armory. Once you've found that you'll be able to progress with the jail cells.

The book lying open in the library should help you get rid of the chains.

Thanks for the feedback! Unfortunately I had to disable dashing because it would mess up the balancing in the forest and the desert, and I figured that having it enabled elsewhere and disabled in those ares would only be more annoying. But hopefully everything is close enough that it's not too much of a problem.

I see you posted on the forum. Did it work out?

Thanks, I'll look into those.

Thanks, glad you like it!

Thanks. Those are all rather strange. As far as I can tell there are no incorrect triggers or events causing infinite loops or anything like that. Maybe there's something in one of the plugins I used which disagrees with certain PCs.

Thanks. Have you downloaded the most recent version of the file? That JSON error should be fixed already. A few other people have had issues with freezing screens, still looking into that.

You do need to be normal in order to acquire a TF. The first TF you get can be cured with the plant found in the northernmost clearing of the middle section of the woods.

People have already found most of the Tfs so you can look at the discussion thread to see their findings: https://tfgames.site/phpbb3/viewtopic.php?t=17432

I will post a full list in a few days once people have had a chance to explore everything themselves.

Thanks, I've solved most of those and will release an update a bit later. For the issue where the game locks up visually, do you remember which room/what scenario that happened in? You can dm me if the answer would involve spoilers.

As for Ziba's hint, the requirement for it to appear is that you have asked her about herself.

Thanks for the feedback! I'd actually prefer if you post about bugs publicly, so that other people can see just in case they run into the same thing. You can post them here or on the discussion thread at tfgames.site.

I was considering entering it into the tf game jam, but it kinda felt like it wouldn't be in the spirit of a game jam since I've been working on this for so much longer.
