This is very cute and surprisingly calming! The 2.5d side-scroller style looks great, and I love the various characters and animations. There are a number of ways you can improve on the game, though. As others have mentioned, some UX and health indicators would be very helpful. The player control and attack moveset could also be tightened up a bit. Jumps are a bit too floaty, and the short range of the melee attack makes it vastly inferior to the ranged attack. The level design could also use more intentionality. I often try to ask myself what I am communicating to the player with each obstacle, jump, and enemy I place in my games. Like 'this enemy will teach the benefit of melee over ranged attacks' or 'this gap will teach how to use a long press jump over a short hop'. I think if you focus on these growing these areas, it would make the game a lot more compelling for the player. But this is a great start, good work!
