Well first of all, to clarify, by "nothing" I assume Satin says you've got the wrong person? You shouldn't literally be getting no response regardless of what you type. With that clarified, it has to be the right response obviously. Shouldn't be case-sensitive. You can use a name or a pronoun. If Satin's telling you you've got it wrong, you may wish to play through the chain again and pay closer attention to what each person, especially the last says.
