Well. It's your lucky day...With this preset it's possible. 
You just need to adjust later the amount of families with mom/daughters and single girls on family models tab...
And Voilá!

This made me think, can the NCPs develop relationships with other NPCs? Like, if I made that everyone starts single, can they eventually start dating and even get married? On that note, will sexual preferences (Straight, gay, bi, etc...) be added in the future?
That also made me think of another question: Since you plan into adding impregnation in the future, will that work like The Sims? Where the NPCs can have children and they can grow?
