Thank you! You *may* only need steps 3 & 5, but the other steps should help make this whole process air-tight :)
1) Make sure your Windows is up to date (to make sure we are in a good starting position)
2) Press the Windows key, type "add or remove programs" and hit enter. Find Artifact in the list and uninstall it from there. (to start with a clean slate)
3) Download Visual C++ Redistributables Packages for Visual Studio 2013 (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784), right click the downloaded file and Run as Administrator (making sure you have the basics)
4) Press the Windows key, type 'command prompt'. Right-click command prompt and Run as Administrator. Type 'sfc /scannow' and hit enter (repairs potential corrupt files)
5) Restart your PC
