I just bought the game and when I download the win64 it wont respond and if I try html the pictures don't load. can anyone help?
Hey! Sorry to hear about the issues, let's see about getting this working. Is your system also Win x64 or are you trying to run the game through Proton, Linux, or something else? On the HTML version, are all the pictures blank, or only some?

Thank you! You *may* only need steps 3 & 5, but the other steps should help make this whole process air-tight :)
1) Make sure your Windows is up to date (to make sure we are in a good starting position)
2) Press the Windows key, type "add or remove programs" and hit enter. Find Artifact in the list and uninstall it from there. (to start with a clean slate)
3) Download Visual C++ Redistributables Packages for Visual Studio 2013 (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784), right click the downloaded file and Run as Administrator (making sure you have the basics)
4) Press the Windows key, type 'command prompt'. Right-click command prompt and Run as Administrator. Type 'sfc /scannow' and hit enter (repairs potential corrupt files)
5) Restart your PC
