This is really good! I love the idea, although I could just put my guards by the goals so no one could get near without being detected. Other than that this just needs more levels, new mechanics, and some polish, great job!

The spy was supposed to fight back a little, like taking out your guards, distracting them, placing traps, the usual thing a player would do. The basic avoidance AI took me much more time than I expected, I had to either drop the game or work with what I had, so lesson learned. Glad to see people still enjoy the idea as much as I did at least.

I'm basically rating everyone I can so don't worry about that!
