If you’ve had this issue please send a support ticket in if you haven’t already, and also please include your ticket ID in a reply to me so I can verify that it’s been investigated. I can confirm that I see some instances of payments that were canceled within Payoneer after we sent them. We can attempt sending again to see if it goes through.
We can not try reprocessing a payout until we receive confirmation that Payoneer has fully canceled the payment via their API, so there may be additional processing time for your payout. If you would like to change to PayPal for payouts please mention that in an email to us.
Note: Payoneer didn’t notify us of any issues as far as I’m currently aware, so at this moment I believe this is only an isolated issue related to the review of specific accounts and not widespread.
