Payoneer payment cancelled.

OK I don't know where else to get help but, ok I use Payoneer to receive itchio payouts.

I joined the queer bundle and there was a large amount of money collected there, I requested payment and today I get an email saying my payment was cancelled, but now it's gone, didn't even return to itchio account.

Anyone else having this issue or have any insight into it? I am already having issues with my Patreon this month and so I am at 0 income, so that's making me freak out. I have sent support emails to both itchio and Payoneer, but if anyone else has gone through this I'd appreciate some advice, I've never encountered financial issues like this before.

If you’ve had this issue please send a support ticket in if you haven’t already, and also please include your ticket ID in a reply to me so I can verify that it’s been investigated. I can confirm that I see some instances of payments that were canceled within Payoneer after we sent them. We can attempt sending again to see if it goes through.

We can not try reprocessing a payout until we receive confirmation that Payoneer has fully canceled the payment via their API, so there may be additional processing time for your payout. If you would like to change to PayPal for payouts please mention that in an email to us.

Note: Payoneer didn’t notify us of any issues as far as I’m currently aware, so at this moment I believe this is only an isolated issue related to the review of specific accounts and not widespread.

hI yes I sent a support email under the number 164709. I also received an email from Payoneer mentioning I need to ask itchio to try to send the payment again since the account should be working now.

just an update, as of 9/8/2023 at 7.59 a.k. GMT +8 the funds have successfully entered the Payoneer account. Thank you for helping to resolve the issue.

It's all good now, I got paid 2 hours ago.

Patreon posted notices on Discord that there were issues with Payoneer, and they were working on them. Their last notice was that most of them had been resolved - but not yet all of them.  It's possible itch.io faced the same Payoneer issues.

Still itchio made no comment about it, no announcement either, and they definitely did not reply to the support email sent to them from me. I think some accountability is needed here.

Yeah, still no news, I wonder if there is anywhere else to contact itchio.

I wrote to the tech support payoneer , also without an answer. We have to wait 3 working days.

No problem, Caroline and Cade helped behind the scenes to poke the right people so it was a group effort. As bundle organizers we try to take care of people. 

Anyways thank you for letting me know everything is okay. It's a huge relief, I was pretty worried.

Doesn’t look like you’re experiencing the same issue as others in this topic. As far as I know the original issue was a temporary issue with Payoneer payout processing that has been long resolved. Please try not to post in topics unrelated to your issue.
