>I think a couple of wisps in the second level (the ones right next to each other) were mistakenly linked to the torch on the top of the cliff, instead of the one near them.
Hmm, that's weird. I did a quick playthrough of my game, and the purple wisps were only active when the torches on the bottom section of the level were lit.
