Yes, you're right. I should have mentioned that it was my first game jam on the game page. I might consider changing it now.

Here is mine: https://xigame.itch.io/switch !

PS: If you encounter any issues with menu display, you can download the ".exe" version ( see in the game page description )...

I have checked out your game and I was very impressed!

Thank you very much !

Out of curiosity, what did you enjoy the most about my game and what should I consider to improve myself for a future game jam ( or before launching my first full-fledged game ) ?

I already provided some feedback in your comment section, but I can off course go a little more in depth. Generally I don't have a lot of criticism. I would say what I enjoyed the most was the games presentation with the graphics and how smooth everything generally felt. I left out a couple of nitpicks like I personally find it a bit awkward to double tap to dash and it also felt a little awkward to actively have to press against the wall to activate the wall jump, but such things sometimes be up to personal preference. Variable jumping is also nice to have in platformer games but your levels didn't seem to be set up in a way where I missed it a whole lot, so decided not comment on that. But on in all it is a really good game and it was very polished

Yes, I saw your comment on my page after responding to your post.

Regarding the double-tap for dashing, I found it more intuitive and simpler than having to learn and master additional keys but it's a personal preference...

Thanks again for this feedback. I hope you're not the only one who enjoys this kind of game and I'd gladly welcome a screenshot of your level menu with all your best scores ( I'm a bit frustrated that I didn't have time to implement the leaderboard ) !
