What with the oey and oeir man? They make no sense

Ah, these were just some experimenting on our parts. We were inspired by people using different pronouns in ancient China, depending on their caste. But we're still experimenting, so things could change. The story itself will get a big re-write.
Thanks for your comment and interest, please keep an eye out for an update later. We hope it will be a better story by then!
I hope you'll change it to simple they/them. As a non-native english person I highly appreciate the language for having they/them as gender-neutral words. My own language struggles a lot with it, and there are so many tries to "fix it" that I am overwhelmed. It's a constant fight and strain to have anything being close to being accepted as "gender neutral" in my language and I highly enjoy reading sotries and games in English because it takes away that whole problem as well as the pressure. But despite having they/them more and more people try to invent new words, creating the same mess German already deals with, and takes away all the comfort I can find in reading in English. I absolutely appreciate the gender neutrality, but please don't make this more complicated for non-native speakers by inventing new words. It's already hard enough in our own language, we just want a safe haven where we don't have to deal with these issues.
