Hey, I'm really glad you enjoyed it. My idea of not been "able" to jump comes from bionic commando, where you literally cannot jump, just grapple, so I added a small jump to the grapple action to differentiate the game a bit and add a challenge in the case you would like to jump without grappling; in that case you got to aim the grapple at an empty space. I thought about it kind of mixing platforming with figuring out the best moves for each section if you would like to improve your time.
I'm aware of the difficulty spike, I didn't have much time to make more than one level so I tried to pack as much into one, and those were the consequences :D.
I noticed the font issue way too late and it was going to take me too long to fi x it for the deadline, I'll probably change it after the jam ends. Some friends and I have been speed-running the level (there's a youtube video in the game description with a video of it) so I'll probably take at stab at expanding it with some extra levels, fixing some of the bugs we've found and probably make the difficulty curve more smooth.
