If you wish to do a “challenge” for the month, I would recommend the original one that seems to have somehow been forgotten: no shave movember. Unlike the other one, it is not genuinely harmful to your health: just let facial hair grow, and give money saved on razor blades or razor electricity to a charity for testicular and prostate cancer research.
