What is the 4th bottles clue?

"Up and left or up and right, no path nor room escapes my sight. Left and left or right and right, through the second if you might. Not the first and not the last. Beneath your feet and echo of the past."

I tried a lot of options, but none worked, I tried clicking around aimelessly but it didn't work either, I must say I am a bit lost.

it’s a hint for the location of one of the rooms, where the bottle is. I think it’s on the floor of the managers room when you get access to that

Yes, that was my first guess when I saw the clue. I thought it said that I should go to the middle room in this floor, but when I finally got access to it, I found nothing in spite of my best efforts. The only hope I have now is to find a way to cross the hole in the third room on that floor, but then I do not understand why the clue says "Not the first and not the last"

It’s been a little while, but I feel like I found it where I wasn’t expecting it…using the clue, I thought it was like middle room, but it ending up NOT the middle room, I think?? It was the left room on the first floor right side on the dirt floor patches, if I recall

I already tried that (and retried it for good mesure), does not work, maybe, my game is just bugged,I don't know.
