Well, if you save at the "She demands Wastelands Semen!" screen, you can auto play and keep repeating until you get her pregnant.

I haven't got her pregnant yet though, but if it is possible, then saves-cumming inside her should work, theoretically speaking at least.

I think I figured it out, you use the auto play and only click on the circle when they aren't transparent but fully visible. I got her pregnant 4 times in a row like this.
