I found the visuals to be appealing  and overall I liked the message that the game provided and what it said to me. I think I felt a little bit confused on what the tone of the A button was supposed to do. And I also do like the idea that the game  can only be  played once (although that can easily be remedied if someone decides to delete their game data).

Overall great little project with a simple and clear message that made me feel some emotions.

Thanks for your feedback. Nice to hear, that you tried to play it a second time. I guess I am ok with the possibility of a replay through deleting the game data. It would be nice to be able to remove this feature for a game like this (Although you could still delete the .json file when mounting the pd as a drive) but this way there at least exists a hack to "live another day", which I also like the idea of.
Via the A Button (in conjunction with the up and down key) you are able to play your own "soundtrack".  I wanted the player to decide for themselves if they just wanted to hear the ocean or to actively create the scene and the mood.

I totally understand your concern with wanting to make it so the player can't easily delete their save files. I still think deleting the save files is out of the way enough that the usual player will not delete their files.

I do like the idea of making your own music although my first impression of it was that it was a strange heart monitor and I didn't fully understand how to do it. In this format of game I probably would have liked to see the player listening to the character humming their own music that was premade but the player could decide to hum or not by pressing the A button.
