A really solid runner with a twist!
Great use of 1-bit art to dictate gameplay mechanics. I’ve enjoyed my fair number of runners like Temple Run and Corridor Z, so this was fun to play. Music was cool, especially how it alternated between the worlds. Player controls were solid as well.
My only critiques are I would’ve liked more obstacles in the form of enemies and I didn’t feel the jam’s limitation much in the game.

Thank you for giving our game a go, and glad you noticed some of the attention to detail like the dynamic BGM! You're also correct about both critiques, but I'll try to provide an excuse for each of them anyway. Due to the timeframe, it was difficult for us to develop the obstacles beyond a form that simply required basic use of the core mechanics. As for the limitation, we mainly designed the game around the theme for another jam before deciding to submit it to this one too, so the theme of riches to rags was basically an afterthought for us. But thanks again for the feedback!
