Notes from gameplay:

- Fun title!

- Text is pixelated on the buttons on the main menu

- Nice job showing  controls in game.

- If I maximize the screen, the entire border is pinned to the top left

- What does TOTE mean?

- I killed myself and respawned - looks like I'm in a different spot? Restarted entire game, looks like alt early on skips the intro with Lis.

- Creepy, atmospheric music!

- Alt might not be the best button for suicide, given that alt-tab is a common command people use while gaming...

- Very well-written dialog! Evocative and poetic

- Graphics are...retro. Giving me Wolfenstein vibes

- Combat is simple but fun. Great telegraph of when to block through the swings of the enemy knights

- Not sure how to find the town. Wish the goat WAS good at directions :P

- Unsure what the buttons on the bottom bar do. One looks like a health potion, maybe?

- "Servitors of Malice" question doesn't lead to followup dialog (with Atrian), instead restarts conversation

- Talking with the priest left me unable to move, had to cycle through several rounds of dialog before WASD worked again

- No exit from chapel

- Exit from tavern leads back to respawn

- Entering or exiting buildings and respawning always brings up the ESC menu

- Potions quite hard to use mid-combat

- Wish I could see my stat totals after upgrading

Overall, I found this game quite INTERESTING. The graphics are definitely prototype-level (lol did you use your face for all of the characters?), but the writing is engaging and the world is interesting. A sword and board FPS is a fun twist on the genre! It's obviously a first draft, but it's clear you've got a story and world brewing here, and I hope you play with the concept and keep developing this, especially in regards to graphics and mechanics. The story and writing caught my attention!
