Ichor containers should respawn about once a month and there are like 4 different spots they can spawn at. Once a container spawns, it doesn't move or spawn again untill you pick it up.

So in short, if you wait a month and you can't find a container, try waiting one more week. If there is still no container then you are most likely missing a spot where it can spawn.

thanks, i was kinda confused, could only get down there late game around the 40 weeks mark, but basically every 5 weeks, 4 weeks for the month, 1 week for it to spawn.

Once you get more familiar with the game, you can start getting the ichor containers right from the start, since they start spawning before you even have a chance to finish the story dungeon. It is a little tricky to get them when you are underleveled at the begining, but still possible.
