Good writing and storytelling style, even though English is not my native language. Conveys the cold, hostile atmosphere of the outside world, as well as hints at the gloomy inner feelings of the main protagonist. Thanks, I haven't read this kind of novel for a long time, I will wait for the continuation of the story.
Btw, why didn't you choose the Ren'Py engine to create the game? Just wondering, for myself.

I didn’t use Ren’Py because it’s an engine for making visual novels, and I’m interested in going beyond what a visual novel typically does - both in Bad Fox and in future games. I’m building tools that’ll help me do really interesting things with the narrative and gameplay, and get future games developed more quickly.
