You're on an old Version, the current one should have that Quest, the Ending and some minor Things like invisible spell Menu name fixed.
Tomo I hate to do this to ya but I tried replaying it and the ending is still broken.
You deliver the people that want to join, the contract, then enter a name, then deliver the tools.
But then the guy says there's still more to do instead of going into the ending.
But I got the happy ending for the two lovers so I can't complain too much.
